 L/O: To explore the concept of representation and stereotypes

The media offers the audience an interpretation of the world.

It is a REPRESENTATION of the events, people and places. 

stereotypical = it's a generalised respensatation of a person, place or thing. they are limited and often offensive or used for comedy. 

nanny - old woman 

nurse- young woman 

teenager- lazy, grumpy

astronaut- 

football player- cocky, rich 

oprah fan- old people 

teacher- middle aged 

tattoo lover- emo, teenage   


because people think that nurses are young woman but in the photo they are all lad

cornwall stereotypes = backwards,posh,farmers, everyone lives next to the sea.

Media Language analysis

 7/10/2021 L.O:  To analyse a media text using Media Language. They chosen the  medium long shot because it shows his gun and holster,  its also because of  his facial expression.  The watch that he is wearing could tell that in the story that he has a certain amount of time  to do something and also the name of the movie [No Time To Die] could also be apart of the reason he has a watch . Diegetic is the sound u would hear if you were there. Non- Diegetic sound is when your the audience.
